A successful Meta Gaming Client Solutions Manager will have the following attributes and responsibilities:
- A background in digital media planning and buying, with minimum 2 years of experience in Meta advertising platform (Facebook and Instagram paid ads);
- Experience in setting and managing campaigns for gaming brands is a must;
- Good knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry and games advertising;
- The ability to consult advertisers on short and long-term KPIs to reach their marketing objectives;
- The patience and persistence to solve issues on behalf of advertisers, with a view to work towards long-term solutions;
- Work with internal cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, client success, etc.);
- A personality that thrives in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment;
- A hunger to always learn more and be continuously educated on leading global media platforms;
- A clear will to maintain a sense of camaraderie and humour within a tight-knit team;
- Constantly look for result optimization possibilities & inform the advertisers proactively on possible improvements;
- Oversee account setup & proactively troubleshoot any possible issues (suspensions, incorrect setup, policy issues, etc.);
- Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong time management, and organization skills.
