Merchandising Operations Coordinator

The Merch Ops Coordinator is a non-management role that will support the merchandising operations department via exception management and admin duties to streamline operations within the department

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Oversee CS/CR and merchandising inquiries
  • Prioritize and answer inquiries in a timely fashion meeting all SLAs
  • Assign authentication inquiries to the proper point of contact
  • Manage and organize authentication Zendesk inbox
  • Track post corrections found from inquiries
  • Maintain auto-copy exceptions and DPC correction queue
  • Ensure both queues meet expected SLA
  • Track and update internal exceptions
  • Support inventory management for inbound operations
  • Assist department in maintaining FIFO/SLA
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve exception and operational issues that affect operations 
  • Surface risks and opportunities to operation processes
  • Support strategic initiative projects

  • Someone who works well independently

  • Understanding of TRR operation pipeline

The expected hourly rate for this role is $17.50 - $17.50. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
