The position of Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales development, building the pipeline, increasing partner engagement, supporting account-based selling, and is crucial to the continued growth of GuidePoint Security. This position will report to the Marketing Manager within the Federal Region.The person to fill this role must be detail-oriented and possess great communication skills. You will be responsible for driving the top-of-the-funnel pipeline through to sales by assisting in the development, execution, and administration of marketing campaigns and events for the Heartland Region, including Marketo automated campaigns, trade shows planning, reporting, logistics, and more. Activities are based on the Heartland marketing plan that is developed in collaboration with Heartland sales and marketing.

What You'll Get To Do:
  • Work with the Heartland Marketing Manager, to help execute the marketing plan.
  • Assist in coordinating Sponsor participation for Regional Events; communication, execution, post-event deliverables.
  • Produce content and various marketing assets to be used digitally and for regional events. These assets include Marketo programs and list uploads, print, social media posts, and promotional collateral.
  • Monitor and facilitate lead funnel management across all activities, and report program results to all stakeholders.
  • Oversee fulfillment house inventory, maintenance and distribution of regional event properties, promotional items and collateral for sales & field events.
  • Track KPI’s in Marketo for all activities and identify areas for improvement; develop and execute campaign performance reporting.
  • Assist in driving partner campaigns using co-sponsored materials and tools.
  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.
  • Help to ensure that Marketo and SalesForce campaigns are updated.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event management, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience using Marketo preferred.
  • Experience in event planning/logistics.
  • Experience with G Suite and spreadsheet skills.
  • Competency with using Salesforce.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Ability to measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated excellence with written communications, project, and time management.
  • This role is a full-time position, with 25% travel required.
  • This position is a remote position.

Salary range: $55-$65K DOQ
