Marketing Project Manager

The Role

Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for creative traffic management globally and to act as key support for Teads marketing leadership in the delivery of all tasks of global marketing projects set by the Global VP Marketing which is owning all global marketing operations. The role will include defining and understanding project requirements, running plans, delivering them and being accountable for their success.

The Marketing Project Manager will support and activate all international marketing projects, focusing on aligning all local marketing and design teams across multiple disciplines (social media, digital marketing, events - offline and offline), as well as product marketing to support the Commercial teams.

The Project Manager will realise Teads’ vision and values, ensuring they are considered and adhered to internally and when working with clients.

Day to Day

  • Ensure project requirements are understood and features meet the needs of our clients (internal and external)
  • Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Lead on projects by providing vision and influence to ensure all team members are clear of delegated tasks
  • Provide effective project planning and delivery
  • Liaise and update internal and external stakeholders on the status of projects
  • Highlight potential risks or opportunities and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Maintain project management tools and documents (primarily Asana, Google Drive workspaces and Seismic)
  • Track deadlines of all major contract/tools renewals and work with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of services
  • Create and maintain your project plans – ensuring timelines and expectations are effectively managed
  • Working closely with Product Marketing, Innovation and regional Marketing leads to streamline upcoming product collateral releases

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly monitor and provide project status updates, set expectations for deliverables and keep open lines of communication
  • Creative traffic management and project planning in Asana
  • Create workflows with the Global VP Marketing, launch them in the business and document them for sharing
  • Update and support the development of marketing operations materials including how-to guides, onboarding documentation for business tools and updating the marketing operations SOP as required
  • Work with Design and Video Teams to ensure briefs are accurate based on the project requirements
  • Moderate review & feedback sessions / project retrospectives
  • Design, recommend and implement where appropriate, any initiatives and action plans aimed to improve internal and external processes and procedures
  • Centralising all global product marketing resources (presentations, one sheets, landing pages, blog content etc.)
  • Maintaining knowledge of both marketing trends and best practices to execute marketing activations
  • Supporting global and international marketing projects (across multiple disciplines)
  • Liaising with regional marketing leads on local market projects
  • Monitor and track the progress of projects from start to finish to compile reporting for Global VP Marketing & wider project stakeholders
  • Manage C-level design workflow for their presentation development for internal and external purposes

Skills, Competencies & Experience

Must Haves

  • Experience of working with senior level stakeholders and liaising with important clients on projects with significant scope/scale
  • Experience working with project management systems (ideally Asana)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
  • Natural problem solver with a solutions-driven attitude
  • Good knowledge projects in creative and tech environments – experience in AdTech is a bonus
  • Creative flair and innovative approach
  • Understanding of Google Suite, Slack and collateral management best practices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time and risk management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
  • Business and technical acumen and awareness
  • Confident in proposing and implementing changes

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • Experience working in an AdTech environment or in creative production

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Relevant project management certification
