About the Role:
Right At School is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead a variety of projects to assist the growing Marketing team. We’re looking for a passionate, all-hands-on-deck executor who can further Right At School’s marketing efforts by keeping the big picture in mind without forgetting about the details. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations and will be based in Chicago.
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:
- Independently ensure the successful implementation of projects including managing timelines, project budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints.
- Establish and maintain project schedules to accurately estimate project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with other project team members; identify scope of work, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to obtain feedback; correct problems, and address opened and identified issues with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal departments and business partners.
- Serves as lead liaison for Creative Services, Consumer Marketing, B2B Marketing, and Events Marketing to implement company-wide projects and initiatives that drive key business objectives.
- Lead and establish campaign briefs for cross departmental use for campaigns & initiatives.
- Schedule and facilitate intake and strategic kickoff meetings to align stakeholders and team members on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities
- Triage competing requests, and find solutions for capacity and resource issues.
- Ensure all marketing technology systems data is mapped, managed, and updated.
- Create effective surveys across the organization as well as analyze, report, and present data gathered from the surveys.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide further analysis to the team and organization on marketing campaigns, initiatives, and deliverables.
Requirements
What We’d Like You to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience performing project management/coordination duties
- Demonstrated experience creating, project managing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies for a national organization with differentiated local markets.
- Experience in a role that required excellent customer service skills and a customer experience focus.
- Experience implementing and managing project management technology (ex. Hive, Monday, Clickup, Asana, etc.)
- Experience interpreting data and analytics with a proven ability to communicate data insights to internal stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
- Excellent multitasking, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a business-savvy, relationship-driven, and highly proactive problem solver
- The ability to manage projects within the constraints of deadlines, budgets, staff resources while maintaining a positive, hands-on attitude.

- Project Management Certification
- A passion for PreK - 8 education and expanding access to childcare across the country.
- An understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (ex. Salesforce, Pardot and Marketing Cloud)
