Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their Marketing team and be an essential part of building their global seasonal and launch campaigns for consumers. This role will support their Senior Campaign Strategy lead and work closely with their Creative Lead, Product Marketing and Channel teams to help coordinate and drive implementation of their consumer campaign and launch strategy across online and offline channels (e.g. web, social, retail, email, PR).

- Work closely with Senior Campaign Strategy Lead to manage relationships, communications, and processes with a diverse set of Channel teams (e.g. web, social, retail, email, PR), such as setting agendas and recapping notes for weekly syncs.
- Track and manage Product Marketing inputs needed for our Campaign strategy and production, such as key UI experiences to showcase for each device.
- Help ensure that Campaign and Launch activation plans for each Channel are mapping to the strategy and field questions from Channels.
- Perform asset audits for each cycle to track utilization of our static, video, and messaging assets.
- Develop overall campaign workback schedule that brings in multiple workstreams, utilizing Channel requirements, production schedules and needs, and key review milestones.
- Manage scheduling of key campaign and launch strategy working session and reviews.
- Lead the coordination of small seasonal campaigns (e.g. Sustainability Month) with Channel teams and share out of plans to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or comparable degree/experience, and 3+ years experience managing complex, integrated marketing campaigns/projects
- Proven ability to adapt communication style to a diverse set of stakeholders
- Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision making skills
- Experience working in the technology industry preferred
- Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence others
- Fluency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Sharepoint
Compensation: $45-$47/hr
