General mission of the position:

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will be able to help clients to implement their marketing strategies. You also make sure that our customers get the best experience and value out of their Sendinblue platform. 

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a strategic trusted advisor relationship with your clients:
  • Understand and contribute to your clients marketing projects and roadmap and convert it into concrete action plans, and identify how our products could align with them
  • Find solutions internally and with your clients to increase their performances

  • Monitor your clients success:
  • Proactively monitor your client’s KPIs to drive adoption & value and in order to prevent the churn
  • Drive regular cadence with customer

  • Drive value of our product and services:
  • Identify opportunities and ensure growth attainment (Upsell & Cross sell)
  • Provide internal feedback on how Sendinblue’s solution can be improved

What will contribute to your success:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience as a Marketing Project Manager, Consultant, or CSM in a digital or communication agency. 
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills in English
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience in working on different business cases
  • Strong ability to understand, manage and drive customers' needs and strategy 
  • Proven track record of sustained target achievement
  • Proactive, autonomous
  • Data-driven and team player
