Marketing Project Manager, Digital

Scottsdale, United States

Join Axon and be a Force for Good.

At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

Your Impact

We are looking for a qualified Marketing Project Manager to join our growing Marketing Strategy and Operations Team. As a Project Manager, you’re organized and love planning against outcomes and tracking details along the way. You nudge projects along and keep things on track. You’re a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how project management processes and tools can help us achieve our business goals efficiently and effectively. You are methodical and have excellent time management skills. You are also adept at leading, empowering, facilitating and communicating to bring teams together to make things happen. This role will support a variety of marketing projects, but most will be digital (web, social, email) in nature, so ideally you have enough experience with Figma/Photoshop and HTML to be dangerous — or at least be able to make a few sneaky text edits while no one’s looking.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects and requests, including website maintenance, enhancements, and optimizations; digital marketing and advertising campaigns; and other cross-functional marketing initiatives. Ultimately, you will manage and deliver our cross-functional, cross-channel projects within quality, time and budget requirements.

This role requires an understanding from a strategic perspective of why we should (or should not) do a project, what technology, platforms and/or channels could be used to achieve it, what it could look like, how it could work, and importantly, how much time and effort it will take and when it could be delivered.

Our ideal Marketing Project Manager II will be be a critical member of a centralized project management team that is the hub of knowledge and source of truth. You’ll help influence people, anticipate and resolve issues, and see the big picture. You will provide clarity and lead the team by serving — greasing the wheels so that the rest of the team can follow in your wake and be empowered to successfully deliver our best possible work.
