What We’re Looking For

BuildingLink is in search of an eager Marketing Project Manager who has a growth mindset and a self start attitude to drive results. The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with our CRO and external marketing vendors to create and implement a strategic marketing vision and to map out the tasks needed to implement effectively. The Marketing Project Manager will also work in close collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager to ensure all outbound marketing decisions are made based on proven product positioning. As the foundation of BuildingLink’s marketing strategy takes form with the assistance of external vendors, it will be the responsibility of the Marketing Project Manager to determine and establish internal quantifiable objectives, process development and demand generation programs to ensure future success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with our external marketing vendors to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.
  • Ensuring BuildingLink customers and leadership are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with third party resources (writers and graphic designers) to create advertising content, ensuring all branding is uniform.
  • Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of BuildingLink, our products, and our client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
  • Managing lead flow within HubSpot, tracking results and making recommendations for improvements.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience handling project management for marketing and overseeing projects related to marketing campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS marketing operations and systems experience with the MarTech stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, bulk email tools, campaign management, etc).
  • Significant experience with marketing analytics; has the ability to explain and articulate key marketing metrics to various types of audiences.
  • Experience building out, or helping to build out, a demand generation marketing organization.
  • Direct or indirect experience with sales enablement

Nice to Have

  • Background and experience in property management, PropTech, Multifamily, or Condo/Co-ops.
  • Experience working with an international customer base(s), or nuanced targeted regional campaigns.

  • Annual base salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 (Please Note: This range does not reflect any target or discretionary bonuses or applicable commissions)
