I also find motivation in seeing the results of my hard work. When I put in extra hours or take on extra projects, I like knowing that I’m contributing to the company’s success.”

In your answer, explain that you are willing to take on this responsibility. Explain how you would go about implementing a new idea into your marketing plan.
Answer: “Absolutely. I am confident in my ability to take initiative and implement new ideas on my own. In my last role as a marketing manager, I was responsible for creating and executing our company’s marketing strategy. This included coming up with new ideas, researching them, and then implementing them into our marketing plan. For example, I once had an idea to create a social media campaign for our brand. I researched which platforms were best suited for our target audience and then created the campaign myself.”
