Purpose of the Job
Main Duties and Responsibilities
SEO and Ad Management:
Identify strategies and techniques to increase website traffic and ranking on search engines
Manage the use of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive marketing campaigns
Research appropriate search terms and keywords, and opportunities for organic growth
Optimise copy on website and landing pages, to improve quality of content
Track, report, and analyse performance metrics to understand strategy success, and make recommendations for improvements
Develop a link building strategy for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to manage SEO and ad strategies
Event Support:
Assist with the coordination of T-Tech events, whether we are exhibiting, sponsoring, or attending
Manage all administration leading up to and on the day of event
Manage event operations, including venue prep, catering, gathering T-Tech collateral, and do final checks in advance of the day to ensure everything meets standards
Report on success of event and create content during and following event
Seek out new opportunities to showcase at
Content Creation:
Content creation in various formats (blog, infographic, video, landing page, case study, ebook, how-to guide, webinar etc) and collaborate with sales team to develop content ideas, details for case studies, or any collateral required for client engagement.
Research industry award opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing team on ideas for award applications
Analyse engagement reports of published content in HubSpot for growth and further improvements
Work with and encourage sales and wider team to interact and share content on all platforms
Data Management
Ensure contacts in HubSpot have all the required fields complete, and remove any unwanted contacts, e.g. website trolls, personal accounts, duplicates
Import and manage lists of leads and customer data
Improve and refine buyer personas in HubSpot
Create monthly report summarising performance stats
Work with the Marketing Assistant to ensure data management is a consistent activity
Other Marketing Responsibilities:
Conduct research of new industry products, solutions, and offerings from key competitors, and review against our own position to identify areas for improvement and change.
Ownership of the marketing email inbox
Other Common Responsibilities:
Maintain up to date knowledge of T-Tech’s operational procedures and Employee handbook and comply with the requirements
Participate fully in company-wide initiatives
Undertake other duties as may reasonably requested by management
