A Marketing Coordinator at ShopBack will thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with opportunities to learn more about e-commerce marketing operations and workflow.
You will support the Marketing team on day-to-day campaigns and manage the app and web platforms. An ideal candidate is someone who loves to tinker with workflow structures and is constantly thinking of how to improve work processes using automation. Someone who works efficiently, responds fast to changes and good with time management will be ideal for this role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of assets onsite and ensures adequate exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the assets on various platforms on ShopBack including the app and web.
- Schedule and upload marketing offers onto ShopBack's internal platform daily.
- Optimize platform assets and analyze website performance and data on a regular basis and sharing key insights and learnings with the internal marketing team.
- Drive projects with the product and engineering team to improve workflow processes by automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year applied experience.
- Strong skills and proper use of Excel & Powerpoint.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicate clear solutions to complex problems.
- Driven and has strong ownership on process improvements.
- Proactive and takes the initiative to resolve issues fast.
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive work attitude with good communication skills.
