Inizio Advisory Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This person will support tactical marketing efforts across each of the Advisory businesses, working closely with the Advisory business Marketing Leads and the Head of Branding and Marketing for Inizio Advisory.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Social media project management, content writing, and execution
- Website and digital channel management, including content development and optimizations, i.e. creating & maintaining dashboards, pulling data on an ad-hoc basis, updating web content, auditing for outdated content
- Create and maintain and team member web bio pages and assist in implementation of web bio enhancements
- Develop, monitor, and report on key marketing and PR metrics
- Marketing collateral and asset coordination, i.e. working with design on print and digital materials, executing ongoing design updates to collateral, maintaining marketing resources
- Budget processing, tracking invoices
- Marketing campaign asset tracking and development
- Deck writing and storytelling
- Manage awards identification, survey set-up, entry form copy development, and internal communication strategy
- Ad-hoc marketing request management, including and conference support
We’re looking for someone who is well organized and can handle multiple tasks at one time with the ability to successfully prioritize asks. This person should be able to communicate well and clearly with others, bringing a sense of energy and enthusiasm around our key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a related marketing role Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Marketing experience or related field
- Professional Services / Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing and reporting on marketing activity
- Strong knowledge of MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint), Wordpress, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite and Hubspot a plus
