Marketing Coordinator, Global Marketing Programs

We are looking for an enthusiastic Global Marketing Coordinator to develop and drive global marketing projects. This is a full-time position for someone with experience in B2B marketing and project management.  

You will join our Global Marketing Programs team and take responsibility for developing our global campaign processes and planning and executing industry-specific marketing activities not specific to a particular market. Together with the team, your work will contribute to driving global demand generation and brand awareness in support of our plan to humbly dominate the global market for supply chain & retail planning software.   

In this role, you will work with a large pool of brilliant marketers across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. The Global Marketing Programs team is divided between Germany and Finland, with your direct team lead sitting in Germany. 
  

What you’ll be doing:  

• Work in close alignment with multiple internal stakeholders including RELEX’s leadership team, sales & business development, customer success, project strategy & marketing, and more, to plan and execute effective global marketing programs and plans. 
• End-to-end event management:
  • Developing and managing our global customer advisory boards & CIO councils as well as special interest groups targeting our customers 
  • Developing and managing our online product launch event RELEX Next
• Support our customer community programs and coordinate our efforts to include them in our marketing activities
• Support our global marketing campaigns including coordinating the creation of new industry specific content, creating global press releases and coordinating their distribution
• Measure and report on program results and ROI. Monitor, analyze and share recommendations for future plans with the teams involved in projects.  

 

What you’ll bring to the table:  

• 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience 
• Experience with global stakeholder alignment 
• Outstanding skills in project management, prioritization, and process improvement capabilities, with effective time-management and multi-tasking skills 
• Experience working closely with sales, business development, and product marketing teams in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
• Attention to detail and an independent working style 
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot
• …and of course, the ability to have fun while working!
