Summary
The incumbent will perform a variety of tasks to support business operations within the Marketing Department. These will include and is not limited to:
- Advertise and Promote Products
- Manage Products
- Principal Management
A. Advertise and Promote Products
- Set advertising and promotion objectives by segment
- Participate in the development and implement strategies for:
- Advertising and sales promotions
- Planning media
- Briefing and managing agencies
- Conducting public relations
- Manage samples
- Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising and promotions
- Review advertising and promotion budget on a quarterly basis
B. Manage Products
- Perform brand management, category management, product life cycle management, marketing aspects of new product development and product positioning
- Manage sustainable growth by aligning recommended products to market
- Manage customer expectations and ensure continued supply of materials/services in reduced volumes
- Maintain communication across the supply chain to minimize obsolete inventories
C. Principal Management
- Understand and adhere to Brand Guidelines
- Meet principal expectations
- Collaborate with Principal to achieve campaign deliverables
Other
- Ensure all requisitions associated to areas above are completed and the necessary documentation is provided to Finance timely
- Completion of reports in relation to associated areas above to ensure effectiveness & aid in decision making
- Perform all other general clerical and administrative duties
