THE POSITION
The Marketing Communications Specialist for Continental’s digital tire monitoring solutions will enhance awareness, consideration, and brand image of their product segment in the US market, driving conversion to sales. This role is responsible for strategy, tactics and implementation of all communication, advertising, and MarCom actions exclusively for the product segment and support all strategy, tactics and implementation of all communication, advertising, and MarCom actions for the combined offer and extended product approaches.
A successful candidate will have B2B marketing experience with SaaS (software-as-a-service) and/or subscription-based business models. This role encompasses the development of sales literature, partnership marketing initiatives, content marketing, and campaign planning. This role also provides content and aligns direction for internal communication, press releases, digital marketing, training, events, and other areas. This role has sole responsibility for administrative management of their initiatives, such as: budget, KPIs, purchase orders, payment of suppliers, reports and monitoring of campaigns.
Job duties may include:
• Create content pipeline for all internal and external channels
• Monitor brand image of Continental digital tire monitoring solutions and develop and/or coordinate campaigns (internal and external) to enhance awareness, consideration, adoption and brand image
• Develop strategic campaigns to improve the brand image of Continental digital tire monitoring solutions in the US market: www.continental-truck.com
• Create specific communication per sales channel
• Develop content and coordinate implementation in internal communications, press, digital channels, training classes, events, etc.
• Write and proof copywriting for all product segment marketing initiatives
• Oversee the creative development of advertising campaigns and sales literature
• Develop customer testimonials and oversee production of creative assets
• Maximize Continental digital tire monitoring solutions presence at trade shows and industry events through in-booth and out-of-booth branding, speaking opportunities for Sr. Management, panel participation, etc.
• Ensure content compliance with global standards and regulations, both internal and external
• Manage budget for initiatives, open purchase orders, process invoices
• Monitor and report on KPIs including sales conversion
• Select and manage supporting agencies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications (experience in services/digital services) is required
• Excellent spelling and grammar, attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in communicating product and services
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will only sponsor current internal Continental employees for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
