What you will do:

  • Refine process and communication to clinic for prescription verification
  • Identify new areas of opportunity through data and partner with teams across the organization to deliver improved clinic experience and value for the business
  • Maintain a roadmap; and define, track, and communicate metrics that help understand how well initiatives are meeting objectives
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence and Operations to prioritize, execute and unblock key initiatives
  • Investigate and recommend 3rd party/external data sources that complement our data, can offer competitive insights, etc.
  • Direct input to the forecast for Rx on File and Ship Rate/Speed
  • Identify clinic segments to deliver better communication and clinic support for Rx on File
  • Ensure that rapid testing and learning is conducted in a systematic way to promote critical breakthroughs. Use of A/B split testing, segmentation, classification, and behavioral targeting to maximize outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of verification systems and processes that inform customer interactions and performance reporting
  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership and guidance to teams impacting shipped order rate and other core KPIs.
  • Liaison between Platform, Compliance, Gov’t Affairs, Legal, and the business to ensure compliance and assess risk

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree- preferably in Marketing, Business, Advertising or quantitative field.
  • 5+ years marketing experience with responsibility for strategic planning
  • Highly analytical mindset with data-driven decision making within imperfect or incomplete information environment
  • Ability to translate business goals into action plan and deliverables.
  • Strategic systems thinker, comfortable using qualitative and quantitative information to solve problems
  • Can combine these deep analytical skills with consumer empathy, to ensure we are always delivering delightful, customer-centric experiences
  • Required knowledge of data governance best practices
  • Advanced leadership, communications, and team-building skills with the ability to motivate teams through both direct and indirect reporting relationships
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business
  • Experience working within a matrixed organization where success was dependent on influence
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle several projects concurrently
