About This Opportunity:
Docebo is looking for a talented Hubspot Specialist highly skilled in marketing automation and optimization. As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll work in our Growth Marketing organization to drive meaningful growth and change to our HubSpot infrastructure and serve as the single point of contact for all Hubpsot campaigns and data flows. The Hubspot Specialist has a deep understanding of all products (hubs) in Hubspot.
This role will work closely with all IT and Revenue Operations teams to ensure that all campaigns are set efficiently and correctly. Know best practices in the Hubspot community. Understand how reporting ties into how Hubspot is set up to collect data. Executing complex logic pieces inside of Hubspot based on a strategic goal.
Responsibilities
- Hubspot Execution and advise teams on optimal methods in Hubspot
- Build your own brief routing and communications process to support all Hubspot requests in a timely manner
- Creation of complex logic pieces with Workflows
- Develop a robust lead scoring model in partnership with RevOps and MarOps.
- Activate and manage the lead scoring model with frequent audits.
- Develop Time to First Contact workflow
- Email Marketing: Conduct email nurture audits and set up email nurture sequences for all marketing related campaigns and events.
- Set up and drive necessary optimizations to new and existing landing pages.
- Ensure all data is accurately flowing from Hubspot to SFDC with Frequent audits.
- Thoroughly and frequently test any and all automation that is created.
- Audit different Hubs inside Hubspot to see potential issues.
- Provide weekly campaign and automation reporting to leadership or stakeholders.
- Set realistic expectations for the scope of work and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing automation background and interest in integrating software, creating automations, and auditing data for accuracy
- Expertise: Strong background in managing Marketing Automation Platforms, building and managing lead-scoring models, funnel and lead-passing operations, email automation and triggering, data compliance processes, and campaign reporting
- Systems Knowledge: Familiar with systems like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau, Drift, LeadData (or equivalent lead routing tools)
- Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient and proactive: work without micro-management, driving own agenda and consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Problem Solver: You love tackling the most difficult of challenges and know how to get to the best solution
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment and work cross functionally
- Understanding of the learning technology industry and experience in software businesses would be highly beneficial
