What we’re looking for:
As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be a key part of the Lifecycle Marketing Team at Arcadia. We are looking for a seasoned automation leader to be responsible for Arcadia’s MarTech stack including the Marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and Customer.io to assist our marketing and sales teams in executing well-segmented and targeted demand generation campaigns, with an emphasis on driving the development, testing, troubleshooting and analysis of email marketing programs.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end marketing automation processes and workflows to support audience segmentation, email, form and landing page design/build, lead routing and campaign effectiveness reporting
- Partner with teammates across lifecycle and product to implement best in class contact data practices in Marketo and Customer.io
- Maintain the hygiene of data across Customer.io and Markerto (behavioral attributes, triggered events, contact lists)
- Deliver lead nurturing campaigns that are consistent with the brand to complement existing marketing and sales efforts
- Maintain and grow our marketing database of marketable records working closely with our Sales Operations team and Salesforce.com
- Work closely with technology & operations team to develop reporting processes and associated reports
- Manage data integration between Marketo/Customer.io and 3rd party platforms such as 6Sense, Segment, Salesforce, Churn Zero and Grove
- QA and troubleshoot all technical issues within the Marketo and Customer.io platforms
- Analyze performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness of emails, campaigns and segmentation
What will help you succeed
Must-haves:
- 7+ year of experience in marketing automation
- Experience with the set-up and implementation of ESP platforms (Marketo, Customer.io)
- Marketo and or Salesforce Certification
- Experience with HTML/CSS landing page, forms, email templates
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with 3rd party integration systems and sales tools such as (Segment, 6Sense, Churn Zero, Groove)
- Experience with navigating analytics tools such as Light Dash and Google Analytics
