About the Marketing Automation Specialist role…

To support SiteMinder customers to success as they transition to our next-generation product experience.

What you’ll do…

  • Daily audience and list management with Migration cross-functional team including removing or adding customers to cohorts at short notice, from spreadsheet to system
  • Hands-on execution of pre- and post-migration campaigns each week including audience build, campaign build, scheduling and delivery, and performance reporting - currently ~6 per week scaling up to 10x
  • Troubleshooting challenges as they arise, interacting with technical SMEs to resolve them as required
  • Architecting and delivering a live interactive experience for each cohort, segment and language
  • Optimizing and creating new content and delivery based on customer feedback, interactions, health and inbound drivers
  • Following up on sentiment surveys 1:1 to a) pass feedback thematics to the migration team b) support resolution of individual customer experiences
  • Briefing, coordinating and building localisation of all assets associated with migration
  • Actively monitor and report on the effectiveness of the program; moving us from a monthly pre-migration performance view to a rich, multi-dimensional view across all assets and channels of the migration experience

What you have…

  • Min 3 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM. In-app messaging experience (i.e. Intercom) is an advantage
  • Strong experience in end-to-end management of creative cross-channel campaigns with marketing automation and complex segmentation requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and strong analytics skills
  • Proven record of managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment - prioritise, adapt to change and manage competing demands on tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, thrives under pressure and a dynamic environment
  • A collaborator who loves working with many stakeholders to produce a great customer outcome
