Summary:
IntelyCare is currently seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to join our evolving marketing team. As the Automation Manager, you’ll manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from creation through execution to nursing leads on the value that IntelyCare provides them directly. The goal is to generate as much exposure, awareness, and demand for our solutions through a variety of marketing and media channels.
 
This role provides ample opportunity to constantly grow your marketing career by expanding your marketing skills through applying what you know today and bridging that with input from the broader healthcare marketing space. In addition, you’ll be exposed to our overall marketing efforts while playing a key role in communicating and nurturing our nurse leads through a series of behavioral tactics and experiences.
 
What You’ll Do:
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and customer journeys through use of available and currently implemented marketing technologies by applying a multi-channel approach through use of email templates, drip campaigns, landing pages, text/SMS outreach social posts, social ads, newsletters, and more.
Understand and evolve the entire nursing journey as it relates to interest, site visit and application / onboarding all the way through retention and re-engagement
Work closely with product teams to identify areas of growth/opportunity and to refine current approaches via feedback and input.
Oversee campaign reporting and analysis; analyze campaign results according to KPIs and proactively identify strategies to optimize campaign performance.
Support joint campaign efforts with IntelyCare’s internal and external strategic partners, in coordination with partner marketing teams.
Present and share campaign overview to internal strategic business owners and department key stakeholders, in addition to sharing ongoing progress updates and calls to action.
Work closely with data teams to pull target lists within defined criteria.
Take initiative to stay on top of both industry and marketing trends, including marketing technologies to make recommendations of what channels and technologies to bring into our ecosystem.
Who You Are:
5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Experience in campaign creation and ROI reporting.
Self-motivated to take initiative to get things completed in a timely manner with minimal supervision. 
Strong organizational skills to work independently and project manage initiatives with many moving parts.
Excellent written and verbal communicator and creative thinker.
Personable, ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people.
Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency.
Genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are passionate about your work and contributions.
Strong skill set with marketing automation tools; Marketo experience a strong plus.
Experience with CRM technologies. 
Knowledge of Google Analytics and tagging.
Strong skill set with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
