What you’ll do:

  • Lead the technical roadmap for Alto's customer relationship tools, collaborating across sales, marketing and the data/technology team to enhance the management of customer data based on target and segmentation strategy
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows
  • Manage Alto's CRM and provide training and support to sales and marketing teams to ensure effective usage and adoption
  • Develop and maintain lead generation strategies to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to measure effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions towards optimization
  • Create and manage reports to track lead acquisition, conversion rates, and other key metrics to measure success of marketing and B2B campaigns
  • Collaborate with Alto's technology and data teams to integrate marketing automation and CRM with both internal and external relevant tools

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot
  • Next-level analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
