Samtec, Inc is hiring a

Manufacturing Engineering Manager

George Town, Malaysia
Full-Time

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

  1. Closely communicate with USA/HQ, to manage of a team of engineers, technicians and maintenance team.
  2. Lead maintenance team on PM of various kind of machinery.
  3. Identify, assign and delegate engineering projects.
  4. Establish reporting systems, key performance indicators and enforcement methods for the manufacturing.
  5. Oversight of project management for all key projects pertaining to the manufacturing engineering group.
  6. Make significant contributions to design, development, and qualification of manufacturing solutions that include all product offerings available.
  7. Any other job related duties as assigned by management. 
  8. Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.

Required Experience:

  1. 5 - 10 years in related / similar position   

Preferred Education:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / related technical or equivalent experience.
