We are looking for a Manager, Technical Success, to build and manage a team of Technical Success Specialists. You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Success Specialists providing 24x7 Support to ThoughtSpot customers. This role involves mentoring and career development of Technical Success Specialists, development of Technical Success processes, and cross-functional engagement with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering organizations. The Technical Success team will drive adoption and success within a portfolio of small and medium business (SMB) accounts. Your team will drive customer business value and outcomes by merging ThoughtSpot’s products and services with their strategic business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Prior customer-facing experience in a customer success, technical support, or consulting role, with account management skills.
  • Preferable hands-on experience with data warehousing ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools, and ETL tools.
  • Previous experience supporting customers in the US or EMEA regions.
  • Willingness to work shifts to manage a team supporting different regions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Hire, build, and manage a team of Technical Success Specialists (TSS).
  • Set qualitative and quantitative targets for the team, in alignment with ThoughtSpot’s Customer Success objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure value realization, and increase adoption and return on investment for ThoughtSpot customers.
  • Define Technical Success processes to onboard new customers.
  • Create best practices from technical use cases, to increase adoption.
  • Coach and provide feedback to TSSs.
  • Assess team performance and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
