Overview
Our client is one of the Cambodia conglomerates and they are looking for Management
Associates to join their Asset Management Business. This role will sit in CEO office, provide daily
support to CEO and is responsible for oversighting the groundwork of all departments &
providing analytical and operational support on daily work including projects, potential
investment opportunities and synergies. Fresh grads are welcome to join the team!
What You Will Do
- Conduct market research and analysis on market trends, companies and industries
- Evaluate business performance, business model, strategize our portfolio entities
- Oversee, analyse and implementing business strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth
- Oversee the preparation of periodic reporting by various business units
- Strategize on M&A, joint venture of portfolios entities, and external companies
- Understand the investment market and dynamics primarily in Cambodia and other regional emerging markets
- Build, strengthen and manage relationship with various stakeholders including government representatives, project stakeholders, business partners & investors
- Prepare and review high-level written correspondence, organizational communication messages, proposals, and presentations
- Assist in management operations and coordinate for projects
- Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities delegated by the supervisor
What You Will Need
- Major in Business, Finance, Accounting, Media and Communication, Real Estate, Computer Science or other specialisation with strong academic performance
- Preferably one year of experience working in any domain expertise
- Self-motivated individual with an inquisitive and growth mindset
- Possess leadership qualities to lead and direct projects
- Equipped with strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
- Excellent command of English language is mandatory
- Chinese fluency and regional exposure are advantageous
- Candidate will be stationed in Cambodia
