Loeb.nyc: Paid Acquisition Senior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Paid Acquisition Marketing Manager to own this channel across multiple companies in various stages of start-up. In this role, you will work to strategize, develop engaging campaigns and collaborate with cross teams to bring everything to life! Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the brands forward while optimizing for growth.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, resourceful, organized, and has a proven track record of scaling digital marketing campaigns. Also, a deep understanding of paid social ad platforms and evolving trends is a must. Lastly, a critical requirement for success in this role is the ability to interpret data to diagnose areas of underperformance and identify new opportunities for profitable growth.

What you will do:

  • Assist in developing, executing, and scaling digital campaigns across existing and new paid channels
  • Define and prioritize target audiences and strategic allocation of budget to align with segment and business objectives.
  • Define key target audience utilizing internal data and external tools; Understand custom audiences, LALs, modeling and application in digital space to optimize performance.
  • Build our go-to-market strategy including, running test initiatives to understand how different experiences impact the acquisition funnel.
  • Manage content creation for Paid Media Campaigns (Ads) in partnership with Growth, Brand Marketing & design studio.
  • Orchestrate broader marketing, agency and comms teams to ensure coordination and alignment across owned, earned and paid channels to deliver on goals
  • Leverage data to increase the productivity of our acquisition efforts. Work with the business intelligence team to build/refine acquisition models that maximize sales and campaign efficiency.
  • Review, build and maintain paid marketing strategy in all channels (PPC, retargeting, affiliates, and content marketing), including segmentation and a/b testing.
  • Provide weekly marketing reports that highlight performance against KPIs, as well as making recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
  • Manage a team of marketing support

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a data-driven role, preferably in performance marketing, media buying or related field
  • Data-driven marketer with the ability to harness quantitative and qualitative learnings to create a vision that drives growth
  • Highly analytical with experience in conversion tracking within platforms and within Google Analytics, upper funnel metrics analyzation, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience building ads
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, Facebook /Instagram/Pinterest/ Tik Tok Ad manager
  • SEM, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing experience is required.
  • Experience working with creative teams, acting as the business stakeholder—writing briefs, drafting copy, weighing in on creative, and being accountable for the performance of the creative
  • Experience with paid media platform set up and technical integration
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
  • Experience with photoshop, gif creation, ad copy skills is a plus



For New York City roles:

The base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 per year and is based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package.
