About the Team

The preferred location for this position is in or around Robinhood's offices in Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY with in-office work capabilities, as may be required by management, but remote work in limited geographies within the U.S. may be considered. Check with your recruiter for more information.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you’ll drive the way we connect with customers to drive engagement across our products. You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, marketing research, creative and data to build campaigns, experiments and messaging that increases engagement with our products and services.

What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Own the strategy of lifecycle journeys and campaigns: identifying, sizing and prioritizing the opportunities that can result in higher customer engagement
  • Monitor performance of marketing programs, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies for journeys and campaigns, and identify areas for improvement in our strategy
  • Drive our platform roadmap, partnering closely with platform teams to build world-class segmentation, messaging and automated campaign flows
  • Constantly work on new hypotheses and run experiments to improve user experience, through communications (email, push notifications)
  • Work with growth and marketing analytics teams to measure our initiatives
  • Partner with user research, messaging, and product teams to ensure the creation of thoughtful user experiences
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of growth experts on a daily basis to refine your own strategies and help develop theirs

About you

  • BA/BS preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant lifecycle marketing experience, preferably leading large lifecycle programs, across strategy and execution
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems
  • Expert in customer segmentation strategies
  • Analytical mindset and experience with related tools/concepts: Excel, A/B testing, relational databases
  • Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
  • Love and passion for your craft

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.

US Zone 1: $166000 - $176000
US Zone 2: $146000 - $155000
US Zone 3: $129000 - $137000

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
