We’re searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Growth team at Havenly. This role will be responsible for owning customer segments and optimizing their communication stream across multiple owned channels. Reporting to the Director of Growth, your work will enable us to build stronger relationships with our customers at every step of their user journey. Our ideal candidate will bring a highly-analytical, creative, and cross-channel skillset to the role. What you’ll do:
- Support in the strategy and execution of customer segments across CRM channels - from first-time registrants and leads to our highest-value repeat customers
- Rigorously test and analyze campaign and journey performance to ensure each message drives results without increasing customer churn
- Identify high-value experiments that are hypothesis-driven and inspired by data-driven insights
- Collaborate with the Growth and Creative teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging, improve time to conversion, and capitalize on new leads across all funnel stages
- Be an expert on our CRM stack, and work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to solve bigger business challenges with well-thought out customer communication streams
- Map out and own the promotional calendar and cross-functionally project manage sale periods from planning to go-live and post-promotion analysis
- Lead the scaling of channels like RAF and SMS
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5+ years' experience in a Lifecycle Marketing role, with a detailed understanding of CRM strategies, tactics, and tools
- You will need to be strategic, and comfortable spearheading new initiatives from conception to creative development to execution to analysis and back again
- Strength in both the science and art of marketing: knowing when to lean on numbers and experimentation, and when to be creative and find a new direction
- Technical CRM tool expertise, with a deep understanding of CRM KPIs and analytics tools like Tableau and Looker
- You’re an Excel / Google Sheets powerhouse and excited about combining many data sources into one easy to digest report
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders and senior management
- Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done.
- Preference for those with experience in e-commerce, specifically in the furniture and home space.

Additional Details:
- This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO. Remote candidates considered.
- Targeted compensation range for this role: $80-85K/year, dependent upon experience.
