- Preparing, processing, reviewing and auditing contracts, agreements and legal files, and processing and reviewing them in accordance with the relevant regulations.
- Conducting research and studies on legal issues related to the company.
- Writing various legal forms, reports and notes and maintaining all research conducted in databases.
- Providing services to assist the legal team when investigating various legal cases and facts.
- Staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations and keeping up with them, especially with regard to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the company.
- Reviewing, processing and archiving records of all relevant legal documents, contracts and reports.
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and legal documents, establishing files electronically, and keeping them securely.
- Contribute to the preparation of the work report on a weekly basis and upon request.
