Your mission

Your mission will be to create inspiring learning experiences and growth pathways for our employees. You will partner with our Workday Team to roll out Workday Learning and establish hybrid onboarding journeys. As our first dedicated Learning & Development Partner, you will establish our learning function from scratch.

What you’ll do

Establish our new Learning & Development function, including policies and procedures, manage tenders for learning contracts and configure toolings such as Workday Learning
Provide instructional design expertise to subject matter experts for learning journey creation
Facilitate leadership development and coaching programmes and introduce our Bitpanda Leaders Community
To own our organisational learning life-cycles, from needs evaluation, content development, facilitation and evaluation

Who you are

You are committed to your own professional growth and development, and therefore hold relevant professional qualifications and industry certifications
Experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programs
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in applied instructional design and adult learning
Experienced in utilising Workday Learning as an organisational LMS
