IDT Corporation is looking for a Lead Software Quality Engineer to join us from LATAM.

We are looking for an independent quality engineer who is ready to drive and take responsibility for quality in the Money Transfer team. An initiative and agile-minded person who has hands-on experience in automation and manual testing fields in the implementation of complex solutions test frameworks, advanced in the Quality Assurance domain.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute test cases for Money .
- Transfer services product back-end and front-end (Web-UI).
- Automate test cases and incorporate them into CI/CD pipeline.
- Improve testing processes and testing automation environments.
- Create effective, reliable and smart test coverage.
- Coordinate work of QA engineers in the scrum team.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
- Identify areas of our operations that could benefit from automation.
Must Have Skills:
- Experienced in test automation for Web UI and API using Java or C#.
- Ability to define test and automation strategy, testing processes, test automation goals, setup quality gates.
- Practical skills in test automation incorporation in CI/CD (with tools similar to Jenkins, Git, AWS, K8S, Docker).
- Excellent knowledge of architectural styles and patterns, programming principles and coding standards.
- Good level of English – B2 or higher.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn production processes.
- Expertise in Quality Assurance in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Would be a nice bonus (but not required):
- Knowledge of Amazon services SQS, SNS and S3.
- Experience in microservices and transactions testing.
- Knowledge of MongoDB Query Language (MQL).
- Understanding and ability to implement performance and load testing (K6, Grafana).
- Experience with BDD.
