About the position:
The resource will be tasked with making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a forerunner in technological development. You will work directly under the CEO and will act as a technology expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. The ideal candidate would be expected to lead people and processes in India and UAE with excellence, clarity, and agility.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years minimum of relevant work experience(Experience in an Agency/Software consultancy Preferred)
- Superb English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced level use of SaaS applications for personal and professional organizational efforts (ie. Asana, Git, Basecamp, Trello, etc.)
- Seasoned experience as a leading manager of a small-to-medium-sized team of software developers and engineers (ie. Sr. PHP / LAMP, Front End, Project Managers, Drupal Developers)
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated significant contributions to Business and Consumer Applications
- Demonstrated expertise in position subject matter (this will be tested)
- MBA - nice to have

- Office location will be in Gurugram, currently we are WFH (can be Hybrid as well)
- Verifiable freelancing experience is also considerable
- Candidates with experience in startups are preferred

- Run and manage those who are responsible for uptime and performance
Jira
- Story creation and workflow enforcement
Code Styling
- Ensure code is consistent and easy to understand/modify in the future
Source Control Workflow
- Enforce standards and best practices for commits, messaging, merges, pull requests, etc.
Change Management
- Document all changes to scope and get required sign off from stakeholders
Release(s) Management
- Ensure packaging, release notes, internal sign-off, coordination with cross-functional teams to go live.
