Job Summary

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be the person that will lead our QA teams, analyze all project requirements to determine the scope of the testing, develop test strategies, effective testing plans, test scenarios, test cases, and requirements traceability for projects. We much appreciate your proactivity in the work we do, and we expect your constant involvement in the QA process with recommendations on how we can improve the testing process.
You will also be the person we trust to ensure that application work is delivered according to the business requirements while offering clear guidance to the team members.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and test management tools
• Strong knowledge in Test automation as well as manual testing
• Experience in leading QA teams
• Experience in Unit and integration testing
• Experience in Web application Security testing
• Experience in Performance/Load/Stress testing
• Have the skills, knowledge, and experience to prepare, implement, monitor, and improve test strategy and test process having a big picture in mind
• Experience in performing BE testing (API and DB testing).
• Experience in creating clear and concise test plans, test reports
• Experience in creating metrics, reports, and dashboards for better visibility of the test status and progress
• Performs quality review of the technical documentation, test documentation, automated tests, understands the code, do formal reviews, and Inspections
• Understands test entry and exit criteria; understand the different techniques for identifying test scope and able to decide which one is to be used in each situation
• Ability to identify requirements with the client
• Selects appropriate test cases that will be part of smoke, sanity, and regression testing.
