The K&TM Specialist is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, monitoring, and completion of the shared service center onboarding and training activities related to both migrations and day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency with the company strategy, commitments, and goals. The projects are specifically related to the migration and/or improvement of new processes in the Costa Rica Shared Service Center.

Encouraging a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow among departments and project teams, the K&TM Specialist is a key player in the success of the multiple implementations taking place in the Costa Rica shared service center.

This position reports to Sr. Director Operations & Site Leader

You Will:

  • Evaluate and improve existing onboarding programs
  • Work with SME’s and leaders to identify knowledge gaps and create actions to remediate.
  • Advice on onboarding and training approach for new functions coming into the Costa Rica site.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge management strategy for all teams.
  • Measure effectiveness of training and knowledge management process ongoing.
  • Promote a process documentation culture.

 You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (preferably in Business, Engineering, or related field).
  • 2+ years of experience in transition / transformation projects, relative to operational teams.
  • 3+ years’ experience in knowledge transfer and/or training management.
  • Working knowledge in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Scrum and/or another Agile framework.
  • Experience in operational teams, including strong knowledge of KPIs and performance management.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong command of English skills (C1+ level).
