The role of Junior Sales Support Administrator requires professionalism, proactivity, and enthusiasm to succeed in a role. Candidates need to have excellent English verbal communication skills and high computer literacy. It requires someone who is hardworking and self-motivated with the confidence and ambition to deliver success to both themselves and the group.
Responsibilities
- Providing an ongoing high level of service to key internal stakeholders
- Processing updated sheets
- Obtaining relevant data from various sources
- Creating and submitting contracts to suppliers
- Working on single-site price comparison
- Producing monthly reports in conjunction with the team leader
- Managing queries in a timely manner
- Actively thinking of ways to improve service and Sales Support department
- Working well and developing key contacts with energy suppliers
- Working on additional responsibilities as required by the team leader
