THE ROLE
We are looking for an End to End QA Engineer to work in a very relaxed environment and be part of a well-motivated, and growing team. At Farfetch FPS, End to End QA Engineers are not trivial manual testers – they have strong exposure to business teams beyond the Tech world and need to focus on collaborating with them all to create Test and QA Strategies that leads our products to the state of art, including here Test Portfolio Management, Reporting and KPI’s. If you join the team, you will learn how to navigate throughout all business areas involved in our projects, from Commercial Sales to SW Development, Operations to Customer Service to guarantee an End to End Quality Assurance approach.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the Quality Assurance Focal point in multiple projects
- Facilitate and Guide Outsourced QA Engineers across projects
- Gather software requirements and technical specification documentation to create Project Test Plans and Test Executions
- Track Test Executions and Create QA Reports with valuable KPIs
- Improve and maintain our Test Portfolio
- Evolve our Test Enterprise Tools and Practices to support company competitiveness
- Work closely with different business teams to ensure an understanding of their validation needs and be a bridge with the Tech world
- Advocate for quality within Business and Tech teams
- Advocate for test automation practices in different projects and initiatives
WHO YOU ARE
- A Bachelor or Master with at least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing
- Nice to have: 1 year of experience with Jira-Xray or 2 years on equivalent Test Management Tool
- Nice to have: ISTQB-CTFL certification or equivalent
- A critical person who enjoys looking for new solutions and improvements in QA processes
- A communicative person who enjoys talking with different areas to proactively gather information
- Proficient in written and spoken English
