As a Junior Operations Manager (f/m/x), you will join a team of five French-speaking colleagues in Berlin and will report to Anthony, our Team Lead Operations. Together, you will focus on publishing content from different retailers on Bonial channels. Alongside our Paris-based Sales team and our Berlin-based Traffic Management team, you will ensure that our online content is always of the highest quality.
Your responsibilities:
- You will publish content and brochures from our customers’ portfolios on different Bonial channels
- You will ensure the high quality of all content which will go online
- You will communicate professionally with our clients, both by email and on the phone
- You will cooperate closely with other departments
Your profile:
- You are fluent in English and have excellent French skills
- You are a team-player but you work independently when needed
- You work meticulously and pay attention to every detail
- You have a natural client-oriented mindset and enjoy communicating with clients on the phone and by email
- You have good MS Excel skills
