Core Responsibilities:
- Effectively interact with clients or business partners to help them better understand what values the company can bring to them;
- Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet such needs;
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating commercial terms;
- Reduce costs or obtain favorable terms through contract negotiations;
- Ensure proper communication with other departments to make sure all documents are processed accurately and within deadline;
- Work closely with upper management in the development of procedures which lead to significant savings and eliminate non-value-added activities;
- Protect the company’s value by keeping information confidential, and following company rules and procedures at work.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English and Mandarin listening, speaking and/or writing skills;
- Familiar with international business etiquette and negotiating practices;
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role;
- Candidates with a background in finance are preferred.
