The Junior Developer role is a full-time, entry level position that supports the Small Business Unit at Shero. Additionally, the Junior Developer will assist the Developer team with BigCommerce builds. The SBU is a unique business unit at Shero Commerce and requires people who have industry experience, are meticulous, demonstrate attention to detail, have a passion for the technology space, can work at a fast pace, and have the willingness to learn on the job required. There are several roads for advancement in this role.
