Workable is looking for a Junior Content Specialist to join the Workable team and help expand our extensive library of templatized content. You’ll work within the content team and collaborate closely with our product, growth and SEO teams to publish new templates (with the assistance of AI), optimize our existing content, and capitalize on new opportunities. Our library of more than 1,500 job descriptions, interview questions, and email templates has helped hiring teams make over 1.5 million hires over the past 10 years, and there’s still room for more!

Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English – bonus if you have creative command of the language
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Diligence and enthusiasm – you appreciate quality of results
• Attention to detail

Bonus points:

• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Experience in a content-related role

Responsibilities

As a junior content specialist, you will:

• Optimize the Resources section including:
  • Updating and optimizing existing content to increase visibility, organization and presentation
  • Adding hyperlinks, imagery and visuals to individual pages
  • Adding tags and related content pieces to make content more discoverable and navigable across the site
  • Adding CTAs to maximize conversion of Resources traffic to our product
  • Refreshing existing content to optimize
• Write and publish new high-opportunity HR templates including:
  • Job descriptions
  • Interview questions and answers
  • Policies
  • Relevant skills
  • And more!
