An advanced student or soon to graduate in Accounting with strong organizational and time-management skills, very keen to learn and put knowledge into practice, working closely with an experienced finance team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department
Work collaboratively with Accounts Payable
Opening new client information, complete forms and invoicing
Enter and upload invoices into applicable systems
Assist in collections as needed to maximize cash flow
Assist in several administrative tasks
Assists in special projects, ad hoc analysis and other requests from management
