  • Vendor and tech stack governance and change management including accountability and management of internal stakeholders.
  • Working directly with the Integrations team to communicate with relevant stakeholders on systems updates and changes.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • Enforce security policies and provide technical guidance on applications.
  • Excitement to grow 1% every day and eagerness to advance skillset to objectively assess and audit ClickUp’s IT and business processes.
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
  • Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Technical understanding of IT processes - including applications, network systems, and operating systems, change control, asset management, data privacy, and IT risk assessment, cybersecurity best practices, Cloud security controls, etc.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
  • Experience auditing implementations of IT systems.
  • Knowledge of best practices around data security.
  • Ability to train end-users on frequently asked technical issues and create trainings to assist with FAQs.
Desirable:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Auditing, or Accounting.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience with security programs like SOC2, ISO27001, or PCI.
