IT Project Manager

We are seeking a passionate IT/Engineering Project Manager to manage our most critical engineering and platform projects. You will be responsible for orchestrating different engineering teams and senior engineers across multiple time zones (Europe and US) to ensure successful project delivery. As you will be managing important projects, you will have high visibility within the company. There is plenty of work and interesting topics to explore as we continue to grow. 

What you will do:

• Coordinate teams and stakeholders to define the scope and business plan of a project, then get management approval for implementation. 
• Manage the successful implementation of our most important engineering projects by consolidating tasks into a project delivery plan, tracking actual progress against planned progress, and managing changes in the project plan. 
• Proactively manage the information flow between stakeholders, ensuring project-related communication and providing transparency into the project status to all stakeholders, especially management. 
• Create and maintain a risk register to mitigate risks and host the retrospective for the project to apply learnings to our processes. 

All About You: 

• At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience and 2 years as a project manager. 
• Take ownership and be passionate about project management, technology, and IT. 
• The ability to be a driving force and to work with different stakeholders. 
• The capacity to work effectively and respectfully with the project team and proactively communicate with others.
• A high willingness to follow and improve project management and reporting standards.
• Fluency in English is essential; Estonian language skills are beneficial.
• A passion for the iGaming industry is a plus but not required.
