About The Role:
Responsible for monitoring the achievement of IT projects/initiatives as well as setting process standards and IT project management documentation
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and present IT Project monitoring Dashboard to senior managers and related stakeholders on a monthly basis/or as needed
- Ensure IT Project monitoring Dashboard (at minimum) includes tracking the health of project achievements in terms of resources, budget, timeline, as well as highlighting existing issues and/or potential issues for awareness from senior managers and related stakeholders
- Establish process standards and project monitoring and management documentation in the form of guidelines, policies/procedures
- Perform routine cadence with related IT Projects stakeholders
What Do You Need to Have:
- S1, preferably in the field of Information Technology
- Minimum 6+ years of experience related to IT projects management, especially in the Banking Industry
- Preference will be given to possessing one or more PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, or other certifications
