The responsibilities  for the IT Product Manager - 09 include end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This person will be responsible for solution delivery, analysis, and interpretation of data to assist the customer in rapid decision-making and optimizing their planning process. The solution delivery is through various activities, including design, data analytics, configuration, deployment, and knowledge management.

The role will be responsible for participating in requirement and design sessions with the customer; analyzing areas of improvement; analyzing data to provide decision support information; preparing business impact case study; working with onshore and offshore teams to configure the solution, and finally, creating the test-cases to ensure the solution works as per the design.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business process, o9 platform, technical architecture, and value proposition
  • Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery for customers across industries and geographies
  • Understanding of customer’s requirements by leading workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it
  • Effectively map the business requirements into o9’s platform and come up with a clear, phased achievable blueprint
  • Work with a team of consultants to configure the solution for solving deep planning problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring process
  • Work with the teams to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution process
  • Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
  • Actively help in improving internal processes and features by interacting with our department leads

 

 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning applications and 2+ years 09 solutions platform
  • A deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts like Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP is required.
  • Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
  • Firsthand experience leading a project through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation, including business requirement gathering, solution design & build, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization
  • Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data
  • Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited prior mathematics, technical or software background
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration/training skills are required
  • Characteristics: High empathy for customer’s business problems is required
  • Ability to work in teams distributed across locations and time zones
  • Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities
  • Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate her viewpoint, to manage and deliver to customer expectations.
