IT Manager

Governance

▪ Leading and developing local IT team to achieve defined goals
▪ Driving and Implementing IT strategy and guideline
▪ Implementing & Enforcing Continental IT Standards & Processes
▪ Management of local IT operation, IT organization and personal development
▪ Act as focal point of IT for plant management

Businesses(BPC)

▪ Understanding business requirements, Local demands & requirements handling on ensuring that the customer satisfaction is obtained
▪ Consulting and support in applications(EA, BA, MA) and business process,
▪ Maintain a reliable and integrated MES system. MES programming and integration.
▪ Developing of location key users community(SAP, EA)Service▪ Providing secure and stable network environment for end users
▪ Ensuring and optimizing local IT infrastructure (Server, System, Network) performance, operations and support
▪ Deploying Service Desk in location
▪ Trainings delivery to users on IT standards, processes update and application operations.

Budget&Controlling

▪ IT Budgeting, IT Cost controlling, Forecasting
▪ IT Procurement control and support, 3rd party IT contract management
▪ IT Asset Management(hardware, software, ...)

Projects

▪ Working together with business and global / regional IT for IT set up and all related project management and implementation
▪ Driving rollout of global projects for standardization and compliance in location
▪ Quality control for all IT topics together with Competence Centers and global IT

Reporting

▪ Reporting of IT key figures & activities based on the definition
▪ Escalation of the abnormal events and accidents
▪ Submitting all IT related reports required by superior and global

IT Info Security

▪ Implementing Information Security & Data Protection in location
▪ Establishment and management of local InfoSec Community and plan
▪ Following global license management and IT compliance
▪ Adopting requirements of regular InfoSec audit

Others

▪ Other work as required or instructed by the dept. manager.

Education:

IT,  business application or IT related / Bachelor from an accredited undergraduate university3 years working experiences in IT in manufacture industry


Experience:

1 years in IT management field, or big IT project implementation and management as project manager
1 years Manufacturing processes,  MES - production system Project management and implementation skills and experience, such as setup of new plant, Data center, IT IN, ERP or MES
Experience  in setup and improvements in IT processes, operation and services

Leadership:

Worked as team leader or supervisor
