IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent - 4174

IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent

Delivery Mode : On-Site

Main tasks /duties:

  • Analyse & process requests of IT equipment by the end-users.
  • Assist in the logistical process of order follow-up and receipt
  • Daily stock management and orders, planning and stock coordination
  • Contact User (Phone and Email) to plan the IT Equipment deliveries
  • Create of Field technician work orders – planning
  • Develop basic reports on activities done
  • Participate in the drafting of operational procedures
  • Supervise small size work projects
  • Deliver laptop to user and helping in the first setup
  • Office located in Luxembourg, European neighbourhood

Required qualifications :

  • Good spoken and written knowledge of English and French (min. B2)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar function
  • Good knowledge of the IT consumer market products
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Capacity to organise delivery schedules
  • Organized and have the ability to develop simple projects in a project tool
  • Very good skills in all of the MS office applications
  • Team worker and player
  • Multitasking and result oriented
  • Punctual, precise, meticulous and reliable
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Stress resilient
  • Able to quickly assimilate procedures
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable in international and multicultural working environment

Desired qualifications :

  • General knowledge of EU institutions
  • Experience with European Commission is an asset
  • Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree (IT sector)
  • ITIL foundation certified
