Role Objectives :
Having responsibility as a strategic partner for business units/functional areas that have a need to develop business technology strategies/find digital solutions, in order to improve service management and risk management.
Role Accountabilities :
- Ensuring the design of the IT strategic plan is in line with the Bank's business plan
- Establishing relationships with stakeholders to maintain alignment between Central IT and users
- Create a complete definition of IT service requirements and design so that the IT services produced are in accordance with user needs
- Prepare a draft IT Strategic Plan (ITSP) for reporting to Regulators
- Ensure technical solutions that are mutually agreed upon and can answer business needs and are also in accordance with the principles, standards and architectures that have been set by IT
- Work with cross-departmental project teams, namely: integration teams and Site Reliability Engineering architects to design solutions that support business processes and help align support technology roadmaps
Requirements :
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer/Information System
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in Banking and FinTech Industri
- Have experience as a System and Business Analyst with a strong Technical and Functional background
- Experience as Project Manager in IT, minimum 3 years
- Proven experience in designing IT Strategic Planning and dealing with Regulators
- Experienced and adaptive to a fast-changing environment
- Have knowledge in Enterprise Architecture (Application, Database, Network, Infrastructure & Telco).
