We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis and enhance the workplace experience by managing inventory, stocking snacks, maintaining coffee and drink stations, and managing overall office cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to maintain a tidy and well-stocked workplace. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, snacks, and beverages
  • Stock and organize snacks and beverages in the designated areas
  • Clean and maintain coffee and drink stations on a daily basis
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering
  • Receive and organize deliveries of office supplies and snacks
  • Keep the workplace clean and organized
  • Assist in other tasks as assigned by Workplace Management 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory management or similar role
  • Willingness to support the workplace experience team during after hour company events
