The Sales Operations team at IWBI is looking for an intern to assist with data management, reporting and sales enablement. This internship is the right fit for someone who is eager to learn, able to work with a team and is a data-driven individual. 

 

Role & Responsibilities:

Sales Operations (50%)

  • Work with the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to clean up, stabilize and enhance data 
  • Assist with budget management for the sales and marketing departments
  • Record and summarize notes for all sales operations led meetings
  • Assist with  a suite of reports (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports)
  • Work with team leadership on the coordination of department wide meetings
  • Support the team as needed:
    • Support includes assisting with some or all of the following activities: sales data analysis, training and development, event support, reporting/dashboarding and data cleaning

Sales Enablement (50%)

  • Support sales team with creating ESG reports for existing and potential clients
  • Assist with company prospecting (ie. bios, number of employees, global footprint and more)
  • Modify and create content for sales presentations and other materials as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, notes and tasks under the guidance of the Director of Sales Operations
  • Assist with the planning of regional WELL summit events
  • Assist with post event processes and reporting

 

Candidate Profile & Prerequisites:

  • Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc
  • Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs
  • Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and follow-through are required
  • Must be actively (or recently graduated) enrolled in an educational program related to business, finance, data, etc. 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Location: NYC, Atlanta or Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

  • Candidates may work at IWBI HQ in NYC, remotely/Atlanta (Eastern Time Zone)  
  • The company does not provide relocation assistance or compensation
  • The company is not sponsoring work visas for this position

 

Additional Job Details:

Position: Intern, Sales Operations

Duration: March 15, 2022 - August 15, 2022 (fall continuation possible)

Hours per week: 20-25 hours per week

Salary: $20/hr.

Experience Level: Entry level, 16 credit hours in a collegiate setting preferred
